Nor have any of these submissions presented evidence that this provision of the law has placed consumers' privacy and security interests at risk. While much evidence is available that security threats and intrusions of privacy are serious matters which the Congress is addressing, there is no evidence of a debt consolidation non profit organization link between these troubling developments and the operation of Section 1201.
